About
NoTriangle is a 3D architectural visualization studio. We work with luxury developers, architects, and the agencies that serve them. Everything is in-house. No subcontracting.
The studio
NoTriangle started in California and works worldwide, with deep expertise across the United States and Canada. Roughly 80% of the work is US-based, with focus markets in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Texas, and Vancouver, plus active projects in Dubai and the Caribbean.
The studio is led by Lukas Berezowiec and Eddie Kingsnorth, with Shane O'Leary running project management and Rodolpho Reis directing production quality and creative output. Senior involvement is part of every project, not an upgrade.
We are not the rendering. We are the process behind it.
Our approach
Most developments rely on generic renderings. They show the project but fail to communicate its real value to buyers, investors, or planning authorities. The result is weak differentiation, limited confidence, and visuals that do not support critical decisions.
We take a different approach. In the video below, Eddie Kingsnorth, Co-Founder and COO of NoTriangle Studio, explains how we design visuals as decision-making tools, not just images.
The team
Lukas Berezowiec
CEO
Leads creative direction and strategic client relationships. Personally involved on every luxury and large-scale project, from discovery through delivery.
Eddie Kingsnorth
Co-Founder & COO
Runs commercial relationships and leads the studio's inbound and business development work. Every project starts with a conversation with Eddie.
Shane O'Leary
Head of Project Management
Owns the operational track on every project. Timelines, milestones, revision rounds, and the coordination work that keeps complex multi-stakeholder projects on schedule.
Rodolpho Reis
Art Director
Responsible for what leaves the studio. Every rendering, every animation, every tour. Production quality and creative output are his track from kickoff to delivery.
How we think
"Automation is everywhere. We made the other choice."
A lot of this industry is moving toward faster outputs, fewer people, and generic results. We bet on the opposite: senior people in the room from kickoff through delivery, regular calls instead of asynchronous handoffs, a team that understands what the project needs to accomplish before it opens a file.
The renderings are sharper because of it. The relationships last because of it. We want to know how the imagery performed, what the launch generated, and what we would do differently next time. The next project we do for you should be better than this one.
We are not a rendering vendor. We are a strategic visualization partner. The distinction shows up in every conversation, every proposal, and every image that leaves this studio.
How we work
01
The renderings sit in the middle of a longer process. Analysis, moodboard alignment, white-model approval, photoreal production. The process is what makes the renderings worth what they cost.
02
No subcontracting, no outsourcing. Both teams are internal. Quality and continuity depend on it. We have never deviated from this and will not.
03
Every project has senior people personally engaged with the client. This is not an upgrade tier. It is how every project at the studio runs, from the first discovery call through delivery.
04
When a client's instinct is wrong, we say so. Diplomatically, but unambiguously. That is what a partner does. A vendor produces what it is told.
05
We invest more in fewer clients. Concessions, senior attention, and workflow evolution go disproportionately to clients with a pipeline behind the current project.
06
The pitch is built on math, not creative awards. Poor visualization increases financial risk on a multi-million-dollar project. Our process reduces that risk.
What we do
We deliver exterior renderings, interior renderings, architectural animation, VR tours, 3D floor plans, and design services when a project arrives without one.

Coverage and recognition
It is where we understand what the project needs to do, who is involved, and whether we are the right studio for the work.
